We are able to process refunds or store credit notes in the form of gift cards. (not applicable on excluded items)

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

  • Full priced + up to 20% off* can be returned for a refund or credit note.
  • 20% and greater off* items only eligible for exchange or store credit note. (unless deemed faulty).
  • Items listed as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return and are final sale.

  • Items must not be worn or damaged - shoes with marked or scratched soles or that are not in a saleable condition will not be accepted
  • Must be in all original packaging

Contact hello@thenowherenation.com within 7 days of arrival of shoes to initiate your return request and we will email return label. 

  • Box up your purchase in shipping box that it was delivered in, making sure that your items are all in original shoe box etc and unworn in saleable condition (see conditions above)
  • With shipping label attached drop at your local Australia Post Office
  • You will be refunded (in the payment methods used to purchase) or issued your store credit when we receive the return.

The below are not eligible for return, refund or store credit note and are final sale, so please choose carefully.

  • Shoe care items from Collonil or The Well Heeled
  • Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Books
  • Candles

For any items deemed to be faulty or not up to standards by customers, please contact us at hello@thenowherenation.com and we will deal with this on a case by case basis.
